We are aware of an issue with PC players experiencing a black screen when launching the game, or the game crashing to desktop after launching it. Im on ps4ġ2:19 pm (IST): Far Cry 6 has officially come out to acknowledge this bug, noting that they’re working on a fix. Drove back to the farm and the cutscene started once i crossed the property line. I closed down and restarted and was in verdera. After verdera and the car chase my game stayed on a black screen instead of loading the farm cutscene. In case you are experiencing the same issue, going back to the Montero farm after restarting the game seems to be triggering the cutscene for some. I completed the Sundown operation on ps4, when the game was loading at the end of the mission the game crashed, i restarted the game and it says i havent completed the mission but it wont let me redo the mission and ive done every other mission in the story because i thought it would fix itself by time i got back to it, i cant progress, please help

i dont get any calls carlos or anyone else and theres now objective marker to show me how to continue. I got near the end of the mission and a cutscene was started but it didnt play, so i restarted my game and now i cant finish the mission. Some say they tried verifying their game files but it isn’t helping either. This is really frustrating since it is preventing players from progressing. The only way to play the game after being stuck is to close and restart it.īut after restarting, the objective marker for the mission disappears. Far Cry 6 players are getting stuck on a black screen when playing the Sundown mission.

It crashes after I continue story from main menu. ( Far Cry 6 crashing on PC ever since the update this morning. On top of that the screen tearing is so bad it was basically unplayable already. after installing the new update for Far Cry 6, the game is unplayable and keeps crashing. The crashes seem to be happening randomly, with some saying that the game crashes right after the splash screen while others say it happens when they are in the main menu. Now, many Far Cry 6 players are saying that the latest update is causing the game to crash. Right after its launch on October 7, players had to face many issues such as the black screen issue on Xbox with others complaining that Ubisoft did not honor the medium pack pre-order bonus. Having said that, Far Cry 6 has had a shaky start. Far Cry 6 gives the game a fresh outlook by letting players discover the urban environments of Yara. The game has been praised by many with reviewers saying it’s visually stunning, thanks to Ubisoft’s Dunia 2 Engine. Heavily inspired by Cuba, the territory is under the control of the dictator called Antón Castillo.
